Get to Know Me

Helping You Live Your Best Life !

I am passionate about helping my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help you achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide you with some of the tools necessary to help get you there.

I aim to provide a really client centred service, meaning I am able to adapt my Counselling style to suit your needs.  This can include a combination of talking therapy, art therapy, mindfulness and imagery work, whatever you feel the most comfortable with. I am able to provide face to face, telephone or video counselling.  As I am passionate about the the effect of nature on our mental wellbeing, I also offer a Walk and Talk service for those local to the Cheltenham area.

I have two beautiful daughters that are both independent and have recently remarried after being a single parent for 10 years.

I have supported those with mental health-issues, parenting concerns, relationship worries and teenage angst. Life has not always been easy but I have found that what I value the most when times get tough is human connection,  finding that person you connect will make all the difference to your counselling journey. Take the first step and give me a call or message me, I look forward to hearing from you.
